GenomeQuest Add-Ons

The GenomeQuest Sequence Informatics Platform offers some optional add-ons that augment the functionality and the increase the data content of the platform. The two main add-ons are the High Throughput Module and DrugBank Pro.

The High Throughput Module enables users to compare, analyze and report on multi-query sequence searches. There are two components- GQ High Throughput Extension (GQ HTx), a command-line driven interface for use by sequence information specialists and GQ High Throughput Reporting (GQ HTr) –an extension of the web-based user interface that grants users the ability to access and analyze sequence search results from up to 1,000 queries.

DrugBank Pro provides a central location for scientists, chemists and pharmaceutical researchers to search sequence and annotation information on all commercial drugs, investigational drugs (INDs) and their targets and metabolizing enzymes.
